Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 589. the Washington County Sheriff’s Office maintains a list of offenders residing in Washington County who are required to register under Section 589.400 RsMO. A list of offenders is being offered on this web site as a public service to citizens who may need the information for the protection and well-being of their families.

This list contains the names of registered offenders who reside in Washington County Only.

The information on this web site refers only to persons who have been convicted of, found guilty of, or pled guilty to committing or attempting to commit sexual offenses and may not reflect the entire criminal history of a particular individual. Offenders required to register for crimes of kidnapping, felonious restraint, or child abuse may not be listed on this web site.

Although every effort is made to keep this list accurate and current, the Sheriff cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. Anyone who uses information contained in the
Registered Sex Offender List to commit a criminal act against
another person is subject to criminal prosecution.

Due to Missouri State Supreme Court ruling, Offenders convicted in Missouri prior to January 1st, 1995 are no longer required to register. Offenders convicted in other states prior to Jan. 1, 1995 maybe required to register in Missouri.
